What is Thread Count?
|
The number of ends and picks per inch in a woven cloth, or the number of wales and courses per inch in a knit fabric. Basically the higher the thread count the more silky smooth the fabric will feel. Low thread count sheets tend to "pill" or develop small fuzz ball on the sheets when you wash them.
